Why do I need a coach?
A coach is your best asset when you are creating the life you dream of. They have already traversed the narrow winding road that you are setting out on, and they will show you the best path to reach your destination.
A coach not only gives accountability, they will be the person that holds you more accountable than probably anyone else in your life, past or present.
We also come stocked with lots of neat resources, and life hacks that we have learned first-hand.
How does coaching work?
Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
Is it confidential?
*Please note: also just like seeing a therapist, the exception to this rule is if it is revealed that you are a danger to yourself or others. This legally requires me to report this information to the appropriate authorities.
How long does it typically take to see results?
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
It is recommended that you complete a minimum of 3-6 months to allow yourself a chance to see your progress, rather than feeling like giving up, when you have a few bad days (or weeks).

Yes, absolutely. Assigning take-home tasks is an integral part of coaching, as it helps you to take what you've learned or discovered back out into the world and practice it. Homework also gives you the opportunity to practice Integrity and Accountability, which are the foundations of transforming one's life.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans can be customized to your needs, and will be implemented into your client agreements.
